Copyright & Sales Policy

All artwork created through requests or collaborations with zoos, aquariums, or other partners remains the property of Rawry and Pohly Art Inc. We retain full copyright to all artwork, including the rights to reproduce, distribute, and display it.

Educational & Conservation Use

Free licenses for educational or conservation purposes may be granted upon request and are subject to review and approval by Rawry and Pohly Art Inc.

• Rawry & Pohly Art Inc. is committed to supporting our partners while protecting the integrity of our collaborations.  The following outlines our approach to merchandise sales:

• Partner-Branded Merchandise

  Merchandise featuring a partner’s name, logo, or other identifying marks (e.g., zoo, or aquarium branded stickers) is exclusive to that institution.  For example, only ABC Zoo may sell ABC Zoo branded merchandise.

• Authorized Third Parties

  In some cases, an associated nonprofit, conservation group, or fundraising organization may be permitted to sell partner-branded merchandise.  This requires written authorization from both the partner institution and Rawry & Pohly Art Inc.

• Rawry & Pohly Sales Rights

  Rawry & Pohly Art Inc. retains the right to sell all collaborative designs, both branded and unbranded, through our own channels, including online shops, art shows, and events.  This approach allows us to provide flexible, no-minimum-order options on stickers, and may extend to additional merchandise in the future as logistics and inventory planning permit.

• Unbranded Rawry & Pohly Designs

  Rawry & Pohly Art Inc. maintains full copyright and creative ownership of all original artwork.  Designs without partner branding may be sold or licensed to wholesalers, retailers, and third parties at our discretion.

If a product arrives defective, please send a clear photo and description to Rawry & Pohly Art Inc. so we can assess the issue.  Once the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

This policy applies to all merchandise purchased directly from Rawry & Pohly, including general designs and partner-branded items supplied to institutions or authorized partners.
