Mammals

Mammals have always been part of our childhood adventures. We spent hours watching gophers and rabbits in the backyard, following raccoons at dusk, and imagining ourselves on safaris as we read about lions, bears, and elephants in libraries. Trips to petting zoos and camping trips where we spotted deer and squirrels only added to our fascination. Even to this day we appreciate the resilience of mammals in our urban environment, and the evolutional brilliance found in those in the furthest parts of the world.
